How often do you publish collections?

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a definitive answer to this. It really depends on a number of variables, such as how quickly the current collection sells or how much free time I’d have from university. Although ideally, I’d like to curate and publish a collection every three to four months.


Where is Mikan based?

This is difficult even for me to ascertain. I began Mikan in Japan, worked on its logistics in the Philippines, and am currently operating it from the United Kingdom. All orders, however, will be shipped from Manila.


What currency are your prices in?

All prices are listed in Philippine pesos (PHP).  


Do you deliver orders within Metro Manila?

Absolutely! Please just indicate your exact address when checking out, and I will be more than happy to have it delivered to your doorstep. If you would like to avail of this service, providing your contact number and email address would be very much appreciated.


Do you ship internationally?

If you agree to cover the shipping costs, as well as any domestic taxes on your end, I would be so thrilled to ship your order to you -- wherever you may be! If you prefer, I can inform you of your package’s weight and dimensions before you settle the bill in order to calculate the shipping costs.


How will I receive my package and how long will it take?

If you reside in Metro Manila and wish to have your order delivered, I will have it dropped off within a week.

If you reside outside of Metro Manila, I will have your order shipped to you through the courier service of your choice.  The delivery time will depend on the service you select. I will oblige with whichever company you feel most comfortable with -- provided their services are available in Metro Manila -- and furnish you with the tracking number as soon as I have your order shipped out.


Do you carry various sizes for each piece?

Mikan only carries one size for each piece, and is in possession of only one stock for each as well!  I provide the piece’s measurements and dimensions in the accompanying description, where I try to be as thorough, detailed, and precise as possible when explaining the product.  Should you still have reservations or general inquiries that are not available in the product description, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try my best to supply you with the information you seek.  


Can I return my order and be refunded?

Unfortunately, I currently cannot accept returns and consequently cannot refund orders. Sorry about that!


How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order in two different ways: one is through PayPal; the other, through telegraphic transfer. If you decide to settle payment using the latter option, I will send you an email with the necessary information.


Do you have a gift option?

All your orders will be packaged as gifts!
