This skirt and its accompanying belt were designed and made in Japan. The skirt itself seals with a zipper and evades monotony with a scrunched-up back detail, as well as varying lengths in its front and back. In addition, the exterior is 100% linen and its interior is 100% rich, silky cupro fabric. Incredibly cool and light, you’ll try to find an excuse to spin around in it all day. It’s such a special, luxurious feeling, and its flows beautifully.
I saw this skirt from a distance and was entranced, my admiration for it becoming more fervent with each advancing step. I was drawn to the color. It’s what I like to refer to as “Valentino red”. Red is difficult to execute because it is such a bright, daring color; you run the risk of accosting someone’s vision. However, this skirt does not assault as it is balanced with such a mild, unoffending, feminine design. The red only enhances the perfectly modest skirt, adding a just a pinch of audacity. You can wear it with or without the belt; it looks phenomenal either way.
