Although this dress was made in Australia, the fabric, which is 99% cotton and 1% elastane, is from Italy. I think this textile is absolutely ideal: soft, textured, light, breathable, subtly sheer -- it’s inconceivably comfortable. The material is obedient and stretches to your body’s movement accordingly, without a peep of defiance. As if that wasn’t enough, the dress’ skinny straps are made from 100% luxe Japanese cupro.
I love how uncomplicated this dress is. It’s a slip, and a proper one at that. Putting it on requires zero effort, and the result is just stunning. It’ll make you feel unapologetically sexy, especially as you place your knee between that deep split in the dress’ center. I also believe that it can elongate your figure, thanks to the vertical shaping panels present at its front and back.
More than all of this, however -- feast your eyes on that electric blue. It requests your attention, but does not demand it.
